I recommend that anyone looking into building a pool talk to Sean and Bryan at Aquascapes. This family run business has been around long enough to know what it means to provide exceptional customer service. Sean and Bryan were always on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Anytime we had a question or concern, even if it was after normal business hours, Sean always returned our phone calls in a timely manner. Unlike other pool companies, Sean and Bryan were actually on-site supervising the building process and making sure that everything ran smoothly while our pool was being built. Several neighbors recommended Aquascapes, and now we know why. We have a beautiful pool built by a company who knows what they're doing and stands by their product.

Very Professional

Everything has been done very professionally. They got started right away and every one has been professional and cleaned up after. They had a great selection of plaster, tile, and decking to pick from. Walter has an actual place of business where we can go and see a pool and talk to him at any time. Every call he returns my calls ASAP. Great Experience all the way around. I checked many contractors and his price was fair and honest and in-line with what I expected to invest.

Job Well Done!!

Greeting to all our Aquascapes Pool Friends,

 

Our pool has been up and running for almost 6 Months and time has come to express our appreciation for a job well done. We heard too many pool builder horror stories and we are glad to say we had a good experience.

 

It started with Jerry working closely with us and building a personal relationship. He offered suggestions and ideas to help us tailor our pool and spa while working with the budget we had in mind. It wasn't easy. Jerry was also on site at stages of construction and was patient with our changes as the work progressed.

 

We feel we could have gotten a pool built for a lower initial cost, but looking at the equipment and the quality of workmanship we believe we are better off in the long run with the pool we built.

Aquascapes Pools

Aquascapes is a first class pool company. From the initial meeting with Sean, through construction, and pool school with Corey everything was handled very professionally. The construction was completed on schedule. The crews were very hard working and cleaned up after themselves. Sean was on site every day to answer any questions and to make sure things were going smoothly. He was also very accessible by phone if we had any concerns. We have recommended Aquascapes to our friends and neighbors who have also built pools with them and are very satisfied customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Phenomenal job

I just used Aquascapes in Tomball to build my pool/spa in the Heights....phenomenal job! They showed up when they said they would and my large pool with hot tub, waterfalls, beach entry, saline system, etc was finished in 6 weeks (would have been sooner except for rain issues). Within three days they dug the hole, did plumbing/rebar and sprayed the gunite. I spent the entire last weekend in the pool and loved it! I highly recommend Aquascapes .

Sean and Walter at Aquascapes had done pools for two friends of mine and they both highly recommended them, too. Make sure to ask for references, whoever you end up using, because you don't want to end up like a co-worker of mine who paid 70% up front back in May and still has nothing but a hole in the ground!

A great 1st pool experience!

So, you've found this site looking for information about pool builders - right?

Do yourself a favor and call up Jerry and Walter and Sean at Aquascapes and visit with them about what you want.

They're not going to be the cheapest.

They're not going to make outrageous promises.

They ARE going to answer your questions as best they can - quickly.

They ARE going to be flexible around what you want - and if you want changes - they WILL accommodate.

They ARE going to build you a quality pool, that's going to look like what YOU want it to look like, with the features YOU want.

If we ever have to move in the Houston area and decide to build another - I'll probably just call up Aquascapes, tell them what we want, go sign the papers and be done with it.

They treated us as fairly and professionally as could be asked for. And, they built us a quality pool that's what we wanted.

Horror Stories

We had previously heard horror stories from so many of our friends that we were discouraged from even shopping for a pool company for a while. Finally, we narrowed our search to only locally family-owned and well-established pool companies. Aquascapes fit all of these criteria so we went with them. Let's just say that we never regretted it! Everyone was professional and the level of customer service was exceptional. the whole project went just like they said it would and I would recommend them again without reservation!

Aquascapes is the VERY BEST in the BUSINESS TODAY!

We are thoroughly enjoying our new swimming pool - working for an oil company, this is our 9th home and 4th swimming pool.

What more can be said of a pool company that was recommended to us by our next door neighbor (who used Aquascapes for their current residence as well as their previous residence)? How about a beautiful swimming pool with all the bells and whistles completed in a mere two weeks. When we say 2-weeks, we mean from ground breaking to treated water ready to swim.

I know this is hard to believe - we were astonished as well (our last pool took 3+ months), thus, I took the time to document the progress made each day.

We also went with the Landscape/Lighting/Mosquito Sprayer Package and we were completely blown away with the results. It's just amazing how much care and attention this company puts into their product. The end result is FANTASTIC! Thank you Aquascapes!

My Wife and I had a pool built with Aquascapes about 1-1/2 years ago, the experience was overall very good, problems/changes encountered were dealt with fairly and expeditiously. The Aquascapes guys stayed on top of things from start to finish and did everything they said they would do. We often recommend them to neighbors. They have also handled any warrantee issues with no problem.

Aquascapes Has Built Two Great Pools for Us!!!!

Aquascapes (Aquascapes) built 2 pools for us in the last year and a half! We had a heated pool w/waterfall & fire pit built and we loved it. Then we decided to move and asked Aquascapes to build us another pool, waterfall & fire pit for our new home. This time we let them do the landscaping. Everything turned out great and we couldn't be happier with our backyard tropical paradise. We tell everyone we know about the quality and service we received from Walter & team. Our Home Pool in Tomball

Aquascapes designed and constructed and maintained our pool in Tomball.

We finally decided to add a pool to our home because my wife Gretchen became Mayor of Tomball. We realized that we needed a place to entertain and enjoy ourselves. The pool, waterfall, fireplace, decking was handcrafted perfectly. The customer communication was superb and final completion was done on time. Any problems that did arise were taken care of professionally with no fuss. We enjoy our little part of heaven and recommend highly Aquascapes manufacturing your pool. We are very pleased with our pool from Aquascapes.

The Rigatta blue plaster is beautiful in the sunlight and we have received many compliments on its appealing appearance. Aquascapes did a fantastic job on our waterfall also. It adds a whole new dynamic to the pool environment making it a pleasure to just be nearby the waterfall sounds. They have very talented masons to build any type of water feature you desire.

 

I am especially impressed with the Salt / Ozone combination system. Our pool has been Crystal Clear since it was completed a year ago. The combination of the Ozone system and the Chlorine generator is the closest thing to a hands off pool system. The water stays very clean with minimal work.

 

The service after the sale has been good. Anytime I need any assistance, I have not had any problems getting someone to show up. Thanks again, we are really enjoying the pool.

Matt took us to "Pool School". Since this is our third pool but first advanced technology pool, he patiently took us through the PDA functions as well as the water and equipment maintenance requirements. He was knowledgeable and fun, the best of both worlds.

 

When brother Corey came by to install the three deck jets and check out the bubblers, we instantly were comfortable in his company. Your folks did a great job in raising kids that understand the value of work and the reward of being good.
